A city construction site and an idea for a bright café by day / slick asian grill by night was my brief for this brand project; it really was a blank canvas.

The brand is built around the idea of transformation between night and day, between sunlight and moonlight. The story is told through the name and through a set of simple but flexible visual assets designed to invert as needed to flip the mood. The flat clean strokes used in the logotype are also used to create the abstract illustrative elements that bring a bit of magic.
